• 1. The candidate researchers must be in first five highly H index for Universities. There will be a comparison between these five candidates to choose one winner from them.
• 2. The minimum H index for candidate researcher must be more than 10.

• The Researcher H-index. 20 %
• Number of Papers Published in 2023. 20 %.
• The Researcher FWCI. 15 %
• International Collaboration. 15 %
• Overall Citations. 15 %.
• Publications in Top Journals Percentiles 15 %.
